We have a fantastic opportunity as a Client Services Executive for someone early in their career—or with a few years of experience—who wants to build skills in finance administration and client delivery in a large, respected organisation.

As a Client Services Executive, you’ll play a key part in the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to service delivery and final offboarding. You will support engagement teams with efficient working capital management and help ensure that financial administration processes are well-managed and aligned to business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the client engagement lifecycle through onboarding, delivery, and offboarding processes
  • Assist with financial operations including WIP (work-in-progress) tracking, billing, and invoicing
  • Work closely with the credit control function to support timely collections and account management
  • Maintain accurate records and provide high-quality administrative support to the delivery team
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and compliance with best practices

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, billing, or credit control role is preferred
  • A keen interest in financial operations or working capital management
  • Familiarity with business systems
  • Good understanding of client service processes and business operations
