Apply for this jobWe’re looking for a skilled Client Take-On Manager to lead a small, high-performing team delivering onboarding support.
You’ll oversee a team of five, ensuring client onboarding is efficient, compliant, and aligned with local regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone with solid AML knowledge, strong leadership experience, and a background in legal, fiduciary, or professional services environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, manage, and develop the Client Take-On team to deliver high-quality onboarding support
- Ensure all processes meet relevant AML, CDD, and regulatory standards across jurisdictions
- Act as a key escalation point for complex onboarding queries and technical matters
- Maintain and improve onboarding workflows, systems, and documentation standards
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across global offices
- Monitor performance, identify training needs, and support staff development
- Liaise with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure best practice is followed
- Support audits and contribute to internal reporting on onboarding activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in client onboarding, CDD, or compliance
- Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred
- Strong understanding of AML frameworks and local regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated team leadership and management experience
