KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximisation
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies that drive growth and profitability
• Variance Analysis: Identify and explain key variances between actual financial performance and forecasts, recommending corrective actions when necessary
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be entitled to work in Jersey
• Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
