Commercial Project Manager, 6 month FTC
Apply for this jobWe're looking for a proactive, commercially minded and highly organised individual to join our client on a 6-month contract. This is a varied and high-impact role, working as a key partner to the Group Commercial Lead to help drive and coordinate a range of strategic initiatives across the business.
This isn't a traditional project management role focused on formal methodologies or frameworks. Instead, we're looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, bring structure and momentum to multiple work streams, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure priorities keep moving forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple commercial work streams
- Monitor actions, dependencies, risks and blockers, escalating issues and proposing solutions where required
- Support the delivery of revenue growth programmes and strategic commercial initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Assist with the ongoing development and execution of Key Account Management (KAM) and client retention programmes
- Support new business acquisition initiatives, including campaign development, intermediary relationship programmes and strategic bid/RFP processes
- Maintain oversight of commercial pipelines, ensuring accurate reporting, data quality and effective use of Salesforce
- Support the planning and coordination of Salesforce enhancements and future development initiatives
- Coordinate pricing review projects, including stakeholder engagement, project reporting, documentation and data gathering
- Support the review and enhancement of commercial collateral, sales materials and proposition documentation
- Produce regular commercial performance reports and updates for senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Provide general commercial and operational support across a range of strategic projects as business priorities evolve
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrable experience coordinating projects from planning through to delivery
- Exposure to pipeline management, CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Experience supporting revenue growth, client development or go-to-market activities would be highly advantageous
- Experience within professional services is desirable but not essential
