As a Communications & Engagement Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal and external communications. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you'll manage and produce high-impact communication materials for corporate, marketing, and engagement purposes.

  • Collaborate with various teams to uphold transparency and drive brand awareness
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media to drive growth
  • Deliver internal communications and campaigns, partnering with various teams
  • Maintain the company intranet portal and website
  • Plan, organise, and deliver engagement campaigns and events
  • Write press releases for local media and collaborate with third parties for marketing
  • Produce pitches, marketing, and advertising materials with client-facing teams
  • Work with charitable partners to support the ESG strategy and champion company culture and values


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or marketing
  • Proven ability to create compelling communication materials
  • Strong social media management skills
  • Passion for driving engagement and brand awareness
