As a Communications & Engagement Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal and external communications. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you'll manage and produce high-impact communication materials for corporate, marketing, and engagement purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with various teams to uphold transparency and drive brand awareness
- Create and manage engaging content for social media to drive growth
- Deliver internal communications and campaigns, partnering with various teams
- Maintain the company intranet portal and website
- Plan, organise, and deliver engagement campaigns and events
- Write press releases for local media and collaborate with third parties for marketing
- Produce pitches, marketing, and advertising materials with client-facing teams
- Work with charitable partners to support the ESG strategy and champion company culture and values
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or marketing
- Proven ability to create compelling communication materials
- Strong social media management skills
- Passion for driving engagement and brand awareness
