KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the Company Secretarial team in organising board and committee meetings for Group entities, including liaison with board/committee members to make suitable arrangements for attendance
- Organising the production and distribution of board packs to directors and relevant contributors
- Maintaining statutory records and preparing all necessary tax and statutory returns to the various authorities and regulators
- Managing ratification/signing/filing of documents tabled at meetings
- Monitoring completion of matters arising from board meetings and board resolutions
- Liaising with internal and external counsel, auditors and directors
- Ensuring that all company secretarial activities are carried out in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Assisting with compliance related activities of group entities reviewing files and maintaining the companies in good standing in their respective jurisdictions
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong educational background
- At least 3 years company secretarial department background
- Attained [or be studying towards] ICSA qualifications, i.e. Diploma in Corporate Governance
- To know and understand regulatory requirements relevant to the Jersey fund industry

- Ability to work autonomously according to instructions with close attention to detail
