We’re working with a highly regarded firm to appoint a Company Secretary Manager within their Fund Administration team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment offering hybrid working and a competitive package.

You’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality company secretarial services to a portfolio of regulated investment managers, funds, and subsidiaries — ensuring excellence, efficiency, and compliance at every step.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the company secretarial requirements of a portfolio of regulated investment managers, funds, and subsidiaries
  • Ensure delivery of services in line with Jersey Companies Law and internal control frameworks
  • Manage statutory filings, board meeting coordination, and minute taking
  • Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional development
  • Liaise with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure cohesive client service
  • Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance client experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 8–10 years’ relevant experience within the finance industry, ideally in a fund or corporate services environment
  • Strong academic background and holding or working towards a professional qualification such as CGI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of Jersey Companies Law and related regulatory frameworks
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations
  • Proven experience managing company secretarial processes for Jersey investment funds and regulated management companies
