Compliance Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the ongoing monitoring and reporting for a wide range of client entities
- Support the analysis and implementation of new legal and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the testing and development of systems, controls, policies, and procedures
- Provide day-to-day compliance support to the client entity Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
- Help ensure all client entities meet regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory environment within financial services
- Familiarity with AML, CFT, and regulatory frameworks in Jersey
- Knowledge of testing and implementing systems, controls, and procedures
- Relevant compliance-related qualifications (or working towards) would be advantageous
- Understanding of the Jersey Private Fund Guide and its implementation

- Able to work independently while supporting a wider team
- Proactive and curious, with a desire to develop in a compliance-focused role
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
