We’re working with a well-regarded organisation that is expanding its Client Compliance team with the addition of a Compliance Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a grounding in compliance who’s looking to deepen their expertise in a supportive environment—without the pressure of holding a key person role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the ongoing monitoring and reporting for a wide range of client entities
  • Support the analysis and implementation of new legal and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the testing and development of systems, controls, policies, and procedures
  • Provide day-to-day compliance support to the client entity Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
  • Help ensure all client entities meet regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory environment within financial services
  • Familiarity with AML, CFT, and regulatory frameworks in Jersey
  • Knowledge of testing and implementing systems, controls, and procedures
  • Relevant compliance-related qualifications (or working towards) would be advantageous
  • Understanding of the Jersey Private Fund Guide and its implementation

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Able to work independently while supporting a wider team
  • Proactive and curious, with a desire to develop in a compliance-focused role
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
