Compliance Administrator
Apply for this jobWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to manage the administration of the client onboarding process.
As a Compliance Administrator, you will work closely with the compliance and onboarding teams to ensure all clients are onboarded efficiently and in line with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer the client onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Obtain, review, and verify customer due diligence (CDD) and know your customer (KYC) documentation
- Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal policies
- Support the compliance team with audits, reporting, and regulatory submissions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Assist in process improvements to streamline onboarding and compliance workflows
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably hold or working towards ICA / equivalent
- 2 years experience in compliance or AML roles
- Knowledgeable of AML legislation and regulatory requirements
