We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to manage the administration of the client onboarding process.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will work closely with the compliance and onboarding teams to ensure all clients are onboarded efficiently and in line with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Administer the client onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Obtain, review, and verify customer due diligence (CDD) and know your customer (KYC) documentation
  • Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal policies
  • Support the compliance team with audits, reporting, and regulatory submissions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in process improvements to streamline onboarding and compliance workflows

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferably hold or working towards ICA / equivalent
  • 2 years experience in compliance or AML roles
  • Knowledgeable of AML legislation and regulatory requirements
