KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as MLCO and ensure all relevant reporting and obligations are met under local regulatory frameworks
- Support the execution of the compliance monitoring programme and risk assessments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML/CFT and other regulatory requirements
- Provide day-to-day compliance advice to the business and act as a trusted point of contact
- Prepare regulatory filings and assist with regulatory inspections
- Contribute to policy and procedure reviews, ensuring alignment with evolving legislation
- Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders across jurisdictions
- Act as DMLRO, managing suspicious activity reporting, subject to relevant approvals
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector
- Understanding of AML/CFT obligations and regulatory frameworks in Jersey
- Experience acting in or supporting MLCO or equivalent compliance positions preferred
- Relevant compliance or financial services qualifications (ICA, STEP, ICSA, etc.)
