You’ll oversee the operational execution of compliance monitoring, reporting, and training, while identifying and implementing process improvements that help the business stay ahead in a fast-changing regulatory landscape.
This is an excellent role for a qualified professional with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to operate across multiple business areas, influencing at senior levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the operational delivery of compliance monitoring, training, reporting, and process enhancements
- Ensure policies and practices align with global and local regulatory requirements
- Support independence, ethics, and business conduct programmes across the business
- Act as a trusted adviser, providing practical and strategic compliance advice to senior stakeholders
- Monitor risks and emerging trends, recommending improvements to strengthen frameworks
- Promote a culture of ethical decision-making and high-quality professional standards
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent)
- Proven experience in compliance, ethics, or risk management within professional services or financial services
- Strong understanding of independence and regulatory frameworks
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and influencing decision-making
- Experience in a similar environment, particularly with systems (e.g. Workday and data), reward and policy — desirable but not essential.
