We’re looking for experienced Compliance Generalists to join our client’s team as Officers or Senior Officers! In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, risk-averse environment built on integrity and a commitment to excellence.

As a Compliance Generalist, you’ll have a dynamic, hands-on role ensuring the company meets all regulatory requirements and continues to strengthen its compliance program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate on the creation, update, and management of internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
• Conduct compliance monitoring duties, identifying areas for improvement and mitigating risk effectively
• Assist in performing CDD reviews, ensuring all customer data is in line with current regulations
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance goals are met
• Handle compliance inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive compliance records and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years in a Compliance Administration role, ideally in a similar generalist position
• Good academic background
• Preferably hold or willing to work towards a recognised qualification
