We’re supporting our client with compliance roles focused on Independence & Ethics. These positions are key to ensuring robust governance, maintaining regulatory standards, and supporting a culture of integrity across the business. Opportunities are available at both Associate and Senior Associate level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the business in maintaining independence and ethical standards
• Monitor, review, and report on compliance and governance matters
• Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on regulatory and ethical requirements
• Assist with audits, regulatory submissions, and compliance initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in compliance, regulatory, or governance roles, ideally within financial services or professional services
• Understanding of independence, ethics, and regulatory frameworks
• Professional qualifications in compliance, law, or related disciplines are desirable
