Apply for this jobWe’re working with a forward-thinking organisation seeking a Compliance Manager to support the Senior Compliance Manager in the day-to-day running of the Compliance function, with a strong focus on enhancing the team’s AML/CFT/CPF advisory and training capabilities.
This is a great opportunity for a compliance professional looking to step into a broad and hands-on role, contributing to the development of policy, training, monitoring and advisory work. For the right individual, there may also be the option to assume MLCO responsibilities, depending on experience and appetite (but this is not essential).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development and delivery of AML/CFT/CPF training, policies, and guidance across the business
- Provide practical, timely advice to the business on AML/CFT/CPF matters
- Contribute to the execution and enhancement of the AML elements of the Compliance Monitoring Programme
- Support the Senior Manager in managing day-to-day compliance operations and broader regulatory obligations
- Act as a key contact for AML/CFT/CPF queries from the wider business
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent
- ICA or other relevant compliance qualification to diploma level or above
- A strong awareness and understanding of local regulatory requirements, and a good technical knowledge of AML
- A minimum of 5 years' compliance experience
- Previous experience in a similar role and preferably within a legal environment
- Strong IT skills
