We are working with a well-established financial services organisation seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their Jersey-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional looking to take on a broad and varied role within a collaborative environment, working closely with the business to support strong regulatory standards across trust company and fund services activities. The position would suit someone with solid technical knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and a practical approach to compliance and risk management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and oversee the firm’s compliance framework across trust company and fund services business activities
• Provide day-to-day compliance guidance and support to the wider business
• Lead and oversee CDD and Periodic Review processes, ensuring regulatory requirements are met
• Monitor and assess compliance with Jersey regulatory and statutory obligations
• Assist with the development, implementation, and review of internal policies, procedures, and controls
• Prepare compliance reports, management information, and business correspondence
• Support regulatory reporting obligations and assist with regulatory enquiries where required
• Conduct compliance monitoring activities and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to promote a strong compliance culture

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Hold a Table 4 Compliance Professional Qualification or equivalent
• 5 years PQE
• Detailed understanding of the trust company and fund services business compliance environment
• Strong knowledge of Jersey legislation and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading CDD and Periodic Review processes
• Previous experience working within a 2nd Line Compliance function
• Experience drafting reports, business correspondence, policy documents, and procedure manuals
