This role is well-suited to a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working across jurisdictions and is confident reviewing, testing and developing policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements in multiple territories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the development and ongoing review of global compliance policies and procedures
- Ensure policies are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction
- Deliver on the Compliance Monitoring Programme by testing internal controls and identifying any gaps
- Recommend enhancements to existing policies and assist with the implementation of new ones
- Work closely with other functions to ensure best practice and consistency across the business
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in Compliance, Client Administration, Risk or operational control within a regulated financial services business
- A strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory obligations

- The ability to build strong working relationships across teams and jurisdictions
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a genuine interest in continuous improvement
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
