We’re working with a highly regarded organisation that is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Assistant Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compliance professional to play a key role in shaping and enhancing the firm’s global compliance framework.

This role is well-suited to a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working across jurisdictions and is confident reviewing, testing and developing policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements in multiple territories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to the development and ongoing review of global compliance policies and procedures
  • Ensure policies are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction
  • Deliver on the Compliance Monitoring Programme by testing internal controls and identifying any gaps
  • Recommend enhancements to existing policies and assist with the implementation of new ones
  • Work closely with other functions to ensure best practice and consistency across the business

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in Compliance, Client Administration, Risk or operational control within a regulated financial services business
  • A strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory obligations

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to build strong working relationships across teams and jurisdictions
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a genuine interest in continuous improvement
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
