KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct compliance assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance
• Develop and implement compliance programs tailored to specific client needs
• Provide guidance and training to clients on compliance policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance goals are met
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports
• Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies
• Handle compliance inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive compliance records and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Good academic background
• Willing to work towards a recognised qualification
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance best practices
