We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Relationship Manager to join a well-regarded bank at the heart of the island's community.

As a Corporate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate client relationships while ensuring excellent customer service.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-regarded company on the island together with a competitive salary and benefits package.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create interest in new products and services by building relationships and managing networks
  • Communicate regularly with your top introducers and prospects to offer the right products and services to clients
  • Assist in assessing the client risk
  • Ensure all processes are in accordance with procedures and all checks completed
  • Build and maintain a clear understanding of the bank risk appetite, policies, and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience in a front office client relationship role or equivalent
  • A proactive approach, suggesting new ideas/ innovation/ process change to deliver for client requirements
  • (Preferred) Relevant minimum Level 4 qualification e.g., RDR Investment, STEP, CeMAP etc

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, risk awareness, and compliance orientation
  • A successful track record of collaborating effectively within a team and working to meet financial targets
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
