This opportunity is particularly well suited to a Manager at the earlier stages of their leadership career—someone who has developed a strong technical foundation in corporate or trust administration and is now looking to further build their management and people leadership experience within a supportive and professional environment.
You will gain exposure to a varied portfolio of offshore structures while continuing to develop your responsibility for team oversight, client relationships, and operational delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a portfolio of offshore corporate entities, ensuring all statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements are met
- Oversee day-to-day company administration, including incorporations, filings, resolutions, and maintenance of statutory records
- Ensure compliance with relevant company law, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, intermediaries, regulators, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate board and shareholder matters, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions
- Support onboarding processes, including KYC, AML, and ongoing due diligence requirements
- Liaise with external advisors, service providers, and authorities as required
- Identify and manage risk, escalating issues where appropriate
- Support and, where applicable, mentor junior team members
- Contribute to process improvements and best practice across corporate services operations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar corporate or trust administration role
- Background within a financial institution, fiduciary, or corporate services provider
- Solid understanding of company law (trust knowledge is an advantage)
- Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification (CGI, STEP, or equivalent)
- Experience working within regulated offshore environments

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Professional, discreet, and solutions-focused approach
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
