KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first-class support to Personal and Premium clients, both in person and via digital channels
- Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure a smooth client journey
- Assist with day-to-day banking tasks and resolve client queries efficiently
- Represent the business professionally during client meetings and events
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience
- Stay informed about banking products and services to support clients effectively
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient IT and system navigation skills
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
- Keen interest in banking and a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and building rapport with clients
