We're working with a well-established financial services organisation seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their Client Service team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become a key point of contact for clients, supporting their day-to-day banking requirements while delivering a professional, efficient, and high-quality service. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and help enhance the overall client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing their day-to-day banking enquiries
  • Deliver a professional, accurate and efficient service across a range of client requests
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery
  • Process client instructions in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational efficiencies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience within a customer service or client-facing role
  • Experience within banking or financial services is desirable but not essential
  • Good general IT skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
