This is an excellent opportunity to become a key point of contact for clients, supporting their day-to-day banking requirements while delivering a professional, efficient, and high-quality service. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and help enhance the overall client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing their day-to-day banking enquiries
- Deliver a professional, accurate and efficient service across a range of client requests
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery
- Process client instructions in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational efficiencies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience within a customer service or client-facing role
- Experience within banking or financial services is desirable but not essential
- Good general IT skills
