We’re supporting a forward-thinking organisation in their search for a Data Analyst to join their expanding team. This is a key role within the business, perfect for a data-driven professional looking to turn complex information into meaningful insights that support better decisions and measurable outcomes.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll work across departments to interpret data, optimise processes, and provide actionable insights that improve efficiency and guide business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret large datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with teams across the business to support decision-making through data
• Design and develop impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Assist in the automation and optimisation of existing processes
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within financial services or a professional services setting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power Query, etc.)
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualisation
• Skilled in SQL or other query languages
