We are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Director, Head of Mezzanine Funds to lead and manage client delivery within the Alternatives Segment for our client. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing the Mezzanine Funds strategy, ensuring seamless client service, and driving operational excellence across new and existing business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the Client Delivery team responsible for the day to day production of new and existing client business (Fund Accounting, Fund Administration) working with other relevant teams within the Business
• Lead the delivery of accounting and administration services to clients, with a focus on Mezzanine Funds within the Alternatives segment
• Ensure the day to day accounting and administration of client's funds are in line with the agreed SLA's and contractual terms
• Work closely with the Strategic Transition team, Operational Support, Corporate Services, and Banking teams to support client onboarding and transitions, ensuring efficient integration and service delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact and communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver tailored, top-tier solutions for both new and established clients
• Ensure clients' regulated and unregulated structures remain fully compliant with the relevant legal/ regulatory requirement
• Help shape, build and steer the structure of a growing team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA/CA)
• Minimum 10 years experience in Management Role with private equity, real estate funds industry
• An excellent working knowledge of offshore funds and the relevant legislation and regulations e.g Jersey Funds Codes
