KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
  • Spearhead talent coordination initiatives, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify and attract top talent
  • Extensive diary management
  • Arrange global travel as required
  • Event organisation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Advanced literacy, numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and applications, especially Excel
  • Talent coordination or recruitment experience is highly desirable
