KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Extensive outlook calendar management, facilitating across multiple time zones
- Answering, redirecting phone calls and taking messages
- Coordinating business travel arrangements
- Maintaining an open line of communication, collaborating with the administrative team as well as other departments across the firm
- Preparation of expense reports
- Setting up AV or VC for telephone conferences with international offices
- Scheduling meetings and ensure clearly communicated at all times
- Drafting documents and presentations as required
- Making internal and/or external arrangements for lunches/dinners
- Provide reception cover and front of house support
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of proven administrative experience. Preferably in the Financial Sector
- Extensive calendar management experience
- Prior experience supporting top tier executives in a fast-paced environment
