A leading Trust Company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.

This is a full-time, in-office role and is ideal for a professional with proven experience as an EA or PA in a senior-level environment. The right candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy and varied workload independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the MD’s diary, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare Board packs, take minutes, and follow up on action points
  • Maintain and update key data related to business leads
  • Assist with office management and administrative processes
  • Support HR-related tasks, including onboarding and team communications
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven EA/PA experience supporting senior executives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other common business tools
  • Experience in professional services, finance, or regulated environments is advantageous

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
