Are you an ambitious and commercially driven professional with a strong understanding of Private Client, Funds, and Corporate services? Our client is seeking an Executive Director to take the next step in their career, driving growth and innovation within their Jersey business.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a rising leader—not necessarily a seasoned MD or department head—but someone eager to take on greater responsibility. You will provide high-level technical advice and risk assessment across all areas of the business, ensuring both client and company interests are safeguarded. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, frequently traveling to London to expand market presence and strengthen client relationships.

Beyond business growth, you will work closely with the Head of Private Client, supporting team development through coaching and mentorship, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide expert technical guidance and risk analysis to support business decisions
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive innovation and operational excellence
• Determining the company’s strategic objectives and policies
• Accounting for the company’s activities to relevant parties
• Actively liaise with other Directors and the Senior Management team
• Proactively identify planning & project opportunities on existing client base 
• Seek and build new client relationships
• Gain thorough understanding of products operated by the group and offer to potential new clients

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years experience, with a track record of success in the Private Client space
• A good understanding of Jersey statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements
• At least three years’ experience acting on client entity boards
