Executive Director, Private Wealth & Family Office
Apply for this jobA leading financial services organisation is seeking an accomplished senior professional to lead its Private Wealth & Family Office division. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced executive to shape strategy, drive growth, and act as a trusted adviser to UHNW families at the highest level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction across the Private Wealth & Family Office service line
- Act as a senior advisor to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, managing complex, long-term relationships with discretion and professionalism
- Oversee the establishment and administration of sophisticated structures including trusts, foundations, family office vehicles and multi-jurisdictional asset holdings
- Drive growth through business development, strategic planning, and identifying new service opportunities
- Hold responsibility for commercial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L delivery
- Ensure strong governance, risk management and regulatory compliance across all operations
- Collaborate with internal specialists (tax, fiduciary, corporate services) to deliver integrated wealth solutions
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to senior team members, supporting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Represent the business in senior forums and contribute to wider strategic initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Significant senior experience (10+ years) within private wealth, family office or fiduciary services
- Proven track record managing and developing UHNW client relationships
- Deep technical understanding of wealth structuring, succession planning, governance frameworks and cross-border considerations
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., trust & estate, governance, accounting, tax) or equivalent senior-level expertise
- Demonstrable experience leading high-performing teams and influencing at board or executive level
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management and compliance within the private wealth sector
