This full time position will suit someone who is highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing diary and meeting support for senior stakeholders
- Organising internal and client meetings and managing calendar invites
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Preparing, formatting and managing internal and external documents
- Supporting the maintenance of the firm’s Client Records Management system
- Managing room bookings and shared calendars
- Drafting and monitoring stakeholder mailboxes, responding where appropriate and escalating matters requiring input
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of internal and external events
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with desktop applications, particularly Microsoft Suite
- Good technical skills with the ability to adapt to new systems and technology
