You’ll work closely with the Facilities Manager to help keep the day-to-day operations of the building running smoothly, with exposure to a wide range of responsibilities—including IT support and workplace services. Perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is looking for a role that offers practical experience and progression.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the building
- Support the Facilities Manager with office inductions, DSE assessments, and ad hoc tasks
- Set up workstations and laptops for new joiners, including the creation of new joiner packs
- Provide support for IT onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with the local IT service desk and general facilities support
- Ensure health & safety standards are met across the office
- Help maintain stock of office supplies and equipment
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably experience in a facilities role
- A keen interest in IT, workplace operations, or building maintenance
- Familiarity with basic IT tasks like laptop setup and user admin is a bonus
- Eagerness to learn new skills
