We’re partnering with a leading organisation to find an experienced Manager to lead a high-performing fiduciary administration team, overseeing a portfolio of complex, high-value client structures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a strategic role where you’ll drive service excellence, manage risk, and support the wider commercial objectives of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a fiduciary administration team, ensuring high performance and development
  • Oversee a portfolio of complex, high-value client structures
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and strong client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations
  • Identify and manage risk across client structures and operations
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and support business growth objectives
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Holds or is working towards a STEP, ICSA (CGI), or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within fiduciary/trust and company administration
  • Proven experience managing teams and complex client portfolios
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and fiduciary best practices
