KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a fiduciary administration team, ensuring high performance and development
- Oversee a portfolio of complex, high-value client structures
- Maintain exceptional service standards and strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations
- Identify and manage risk across client structures and operations
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and support business growth objectives
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Holds or is working towards a STEP, ICSA (CGI), or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within fiduciary/trust and company administration
- Proven experience managing teams and complex client portfolios
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and fiduciary best practices
