File Review Manager / Assistant Manager

Our client is looking to hire a File Review Manager or Assistant Manager to strengthen their Risk & Compliance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused compliance or risk professional to step into a visible, business-critical role, with the flexibility of full or part-time hours.

This would suit a compliance, trust admin, or governance professional with a strong understanding of local AML/CFT obligations and the regulatory environment. You may already be in a file review or quality assurance role, or be a senior administrator with solid compliance exposure, looking to move into a more risk-focused position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct periodic and trigger event reviews on a wide range of trust and company files
  • Ensure documentation, CDD, risk assessments, and record-keeping meet internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Work with the Risk and Compliance team to highlight issues and propose practical, risk-based solutions
  • Liaise with client-facing teams to support remediation activity and drive best practice
  • Keep up to date with local AML/CFT obligations and trustee/director responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Solid understanding of Jersey’s AML/CFT framework and regulatory landscape
  • Knowledge of fiduciary business operations and risk frameworks
  • Experience in a similar file review, trust admin, or compliance-focused role

  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Achievement-focused, with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach to risk
  • High integrity and a commitment to maintaining business and regulatory standards
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
