Reporting to the Head of Compliance/Directors the successful candidate will review client files to enable the Company to meet its obligations as a Trust Company under the Jersey anti money laundering laws and orders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To undertake client file reviews and complete Risk Analysis Questionnaires
- To highlight where procedures are not being followed as part of the review process
- To assist trust company staff with client and/or other issues and liaise with the Head of Compliance and/or the directors
- To suggest changes to the Company’s Procedures Manuals where necessary
- To review and disseminate updates from the Regulator or in procedures
- To undertake special projects as set by the Head of Compliance or the directors
- To assist the compliance function where necessary
- To undertake other projects that are assigned which are deemed appropriate to this role
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of Trust services industry or similar regulated business
- A good awareness of Jersey local trust and company legislation and practice, including knowledge of Anti Money Laundering Laws and Orders

- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organisational skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- Competency in Microsoft packages. Training will be provided for other in house packages as required
