Our client is looking for a proactive Finance Administrator or Senior Finance Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a short-term role to support key operational finance activities in a busy and collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support with day-to-day finance transactions
  • Assist with accounts payable and credit control
  • Prepare invoices and reconciliations
  • Assist with billing processes
  • General finance administrative support as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years previous experience in a finance or administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
