KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing the monthly management accounts by interpreting the monthly financial results and providing commentary and analysis
• Monitoring areas of financial performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Understand the management information needs of the business and work on the design and implementation of PowerBI dashboards to satisfy these needs
• Work closely with the wider business support teams to develop relationships and understand the strategic imperatives of the business
• Working with the Finance Managers to assist with preparing revenue and cost budgets, plans and forecasts
• Assist with the production of forward looking and insight driven reporting to help the firm plan, prepare and manage future performance
• Use business insights and detailed analysis to assist with support and guidance on P&L management
• Demonstrate an understanding of the business’ issues and applying market and industry knowledge
• Assist with the year-end external audit

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified accountant with recognised accounting body
• Technology minded individual with strong commercial awareness and analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferably PowerBI experience
