We are supporting our client with a Finance Innovation & Transformation Lead role on a 12–18 month fixed-term contract. As the central coordinator and delivery driver for the firm’s finance transformation programme, you will act as a strategic advisor and change agent, helping to drive key initiatives and ensure successful programme delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate the finance transformation programme across the firm
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insight and guidance
• Drive change initiatives, ensuring delivery of objectives on time and within scope
• Develop and implement transformation strategies, monitoring progress and mitigating risks
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to embed change effectively

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Fully qualified accountant with a recognised UK professional designation
• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in finance, with strong focus on transformation and consulting
• Proven track record in delivering transformation or change programmes
• Extensive experience liaising with senior stakeholders in complex organisations
