As a Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial reporting and operations. Working as part of the Financial Risk and Reporting team, you will help ensure robust financial management, compliance, and the integrity of financial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee outsourced Accounts Payable function, including invoice management, supplier onboarding, compliance and payments
• Manage the payment authorisation process
• Manage dispute resolutions
• Manage staff expenses reimbursements processes and payments
• Oversee outsourced Accounts Receivable function, including the management of daily cash receipts
• Manage return of funds
• Manage cash flow forecasting
• Oversee financial bookkeeping
• Assist in preparation of monthly accruals and prepayments schedules and other accounting estimates
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations including bank, balance sheet and credit cards
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified accountant with recognised accounting body
• Able to demonstrate application of accounting standards with focus on financial reporting and analysis
• Technology minded individual with strong commercial awareness and analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with accounting softwares including SAP and Sage
• Preferably PowerBI experience
