KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead, develop and coach the Financial Control team including Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Finance Operations 
• Leverage on the newly implemented ERP to enhance financial controls, reduce month-end close timeframe and move toward a risk-based external audit 
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting and tax-related regulations, laws and filling requirements in all jurisdictions 
• Ensure the integrity of financial data on the chosen platforms 
• Manage the year-end audit, relationship with external auditors 
• Responsible for the production of the yearly financial statements within set deadlines 
• Recommend new and updates to existing financial policies and execute accordingly in accordance with best accounting practice 
• Drive continuous improvements and alignment to the Group’s strategy

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• ACA, ACCA qualified with knowledge of IFRS 
• Proven experience of leading a team within a finance function 
• Tax and treasury management
