KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Depending on the level of role, responsibilities may include:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of fund structures
- Reviewing and preparing financial statements and investor reports
- Leading client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing oversight and guidance to junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and relevant legislation
- Liaising with auditors, legal advisers, and regulatory bodies as required
- Contributing to process improvements and project delivery across the team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a Fund Administration role is essential
- Working knowledge of fund structures (e.g., PE, RE, Listed, or Hedge Funds)
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICSA, ACCA, CFA) or studying towards
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Jersey or similar jurisdictions
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
