KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver a range of fund administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities
- Manage workload effectively, ensuring all client requests are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards
- Support senior team members in the preparation of reports, board packs, and client correspondence
- Liaise confidently with clients, auditors, and other external parties as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong academic background, ideally working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA Level 4 or 5)
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in fund administration or a related finance discipline
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with fund structures and company law principles preferred
