KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing governance frameworks across the law firm
- Ensure governance processes align with regulatory requirements, policies, and best practices
- Identify governance risks and support mitigation strategies to uphold strong corporate governance
- Work closely with senior teams, providing governance guidance and support on key business activities
- Maintain governance policies, ensuring they are up to date and effectively implemented
- Support governance committees by preparing agendas, minutes, and reports to ensure transparency and compliance
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally hold or studying towards a Chartered Governance Institute qualification
- Working knowledge of Viewpoint, Document Management Systems (Worksite) and Board Intelligence or equivalent systems and platforms
