We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to join a well-established, multi-jurisdiction financial services group in a pivotal senior role within Group Finance.

This position is responsible for the design, execution and continuous enhancement of the Group’s statutory reporting and regulatory capital & liquidity framework.

This is a high-impact role requiring technical excellence, commercial judgement, and the confidence to engage at Board, auditor and regulator level. The successful candidate will play a central role in strengthening financial control, safeguarding regulatory compliance, and supporting new financing arrangements across the Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of the Group’s multi-jurisdiction statutory reporting framework
  • Oversee regulatory capital and liquidity reporting 
  • Manage consolidated reporting requirements related to new financing arrangements
  • Own and enhance regulatory capital and liquidity models, including stress testing and early-warning monitoring
  • Lead multi-entity statutory account preparation under FRS 102 and Lux GAAP
  • Manage consolidation, intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing application
  • Act as a key contact for auditors and support regulator engagement where required
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders and Boards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable expertise in FRS 102 and Lux GAAP, including preparation of complex multi-entity statutory accounts
  • Proven experience building and maintaining regulatory capital and liquidity models
  • Strong understanding of regulatory capital principles, compliance testing and covenant frameworks
  • Experience engaging constructively with auditors and, ideally, regulators
  • Advanced three-statement financial modelling, scenario planning and stress testing expertise
  • Exceptional Excel capability; familiarity with BI/visualisation tools such as Power BI

  • Strong analytical judgement with the ability to anticipate and prevent regulatory breaches
  • Clear, confident communicator comfortable presenting to Boards and senior stakeholders
  • High level of integrity
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
