KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day-to-day management and
development of the Client Service team - Serve as a senior escalation
point for client matters - Support and train team
members, while mentoring across the wider business - Collaborate with leadership
to develop service strategies and implement improvements - Oversee project delivery and
prioritise competing demands - Help foster a high-
performance, client-first culture
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive experience in a
client services leadership role - Academic background in a
relevant field such as Business, Economics or Finance - Experience working across
multiple jurisdictions or with international clients would be beneficial; additional language skills are a plus
