KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take responsibility for the management and co-ordination of client work as delegated by the Partners
• Manage risk exposure in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures
• Ensure all clients receive a high quality, timely and professional service to meet their needs
• Delegate to and actively supervise the work of more junior staff as appropriate
• Within the team/firm strategy, contribute proactively to the development and implementation of global employment law business development plans
• Build the firm's know-how and external reputation through regular seminars/writing of articles/presentations etc
• Responsibility for achieving target hours
• Demonstrate a good understanding of key financial indicators by educating others
• Identify, discuss and implement changes/improvements to the way the practice runs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 7 years+ PQE with Jersey, Guernsey and/or UK qualification
• Proven experience in employment law, especially in litigation and financial services
