We’re supporting a well-regarded organisation in the appointment of a Head of Financial Control, Planning & Analysis — a pivotal leadership role within their Finance function.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior finance professional with experience in multi-jurisdictional, fast-paced environments, particularly those from trust, legal, or professional services backgrounds. You’ll lead a high-performing FCP&A team, deliver actionable financial insights, and play a key role in shaping wider finance strategy and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and develop a high-performing Financial Control, Planning & Analysis team
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple business units
• Ensure financial processes meet compliance and accounting standards
• Provide strategic insight and data-led analysis to support business growth and performance
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, offering commercial guidance and risk-based advice
• Foster strong relationships across jurisdictions and support a culture of operational excellence

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Qualified Chartered or Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Minimum 12 years’ post-qualification experience in senior finance leadership
• Proven track record within a multi-jurisdictional, multi-business unit environment
• Experience in a professional services, legal, or trust and corporate services setting
• Strong technical understanding of financial reporting, planning, and business partnering
