KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and delivery of the Fund Administration Service Line in Jersey
- Manage, mentor and grow the Fund Administration team in line with business strategy and culture
- Ensure all client deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
- Act as Board Director on fund and corporate structures as required
- Maintain and deepen relationships with a diverse portfolio of alternative fund clients, ensuring service excellence
- Collaborate with leadership on business development, identifying and converting growth opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement across operations, systems, and client servicing frameworks
- Stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements, supporting compliance and governance initiatives
- Represent the business externally with clients, regulators, and intermediaries, positioning the firm as a trusted provider
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of relevant funds experience, servicing Alternative Funds
- Qualified Accountant or Chartered Secretary (or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of Jersey domiciled fund structures, JPFs, and closed-ended vehicles
- Prior experience serving as a board director of regulated entities
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and governance best practices
