KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development and delivery of the Fund Administration Service Line in Jersey
• Manage, mentor and grow the Fund Administration team in line with business strategy and culture
• Ensure all client deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
• Act as Board Director on fund and corporate structures as required
• Maintain and deepen relationships with a diverse portfolio of alternative fund clients, ensuring service excellence
• Collaborate with leadership on business development, identifying and converting growth opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement across operations, systems, and client servicing frameworks
• Stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements, supporting compliance and governance initiatives
• Represent the business externally with clients, regulators, and intermediaries, positioning the firm as a trusted provider

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of relevant funds experience, servicing Alternative Funds
• Qualified Accountant or Chartered Secretary (or equivalent)
• In-depth knowledge of Jersey domiciled fund structures, JPFs, and closed-ended vehicles
• Prior experience serving as a board director of regulated entities
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and governance best practices
