KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and develop a successful Private Wealth team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across complex client portfolios
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support the firm’s strategic ambitions
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations and risk frameworks
• Act as a visible and effective leader across business development, client engagement and operational excellence

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven leadership experience within a trust or private client fiduciary environment
• Deep understanding of offshore structures, regulatory frameworks, and high-net-worth client needs
• Commercial acumen and the ability to influence strategic direction
• STEP/ICSA qualification or equivalent highly desirable
