Working as part of a global HR team, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to understand their business objectives and provide expert advice across the full HR spectrum.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their priorities and provide tailored HR advice and support
- Lead and contribute to key people initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring best practice and compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues across the global HR team to deliver consistent and high-quality HR support
- Support recruitment, reward, and change management processes as part of the wider people strategy
- Use HR systems and data insights to inform decision-making and enhance people outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- CIPD qualified (Graduate or Member level)
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within a legal, partnership, or professional services environment
- Experience working as part of a global HR team
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment law, and best practice
- Proficiency with HR systems and data reporting
