HR Manager, Employee Relations
Apply for this jobWe are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Manager – Employee Relations to join our client’s People Operations team.
This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality people solutions aligned to the People Strategy and broader firm business strategy. You will play a central role in shaping employee experience across the organisation, partnering closely with all Human Capital (HC) teams and business leaders.
This position requires a strong balance of operational excellence and strategic thinking. You will ensure people practices are compliant, commercially aligned, and reflective of best practice across jurisdictions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead complex employee relations matters with confidence and sound judgement
- Oversee and enhance absence management and wellbeing initiatives
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve People policies and programmes
- Support the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives relevant to employee relations and people management
- Coach leaders and contribute to the development of internal coaching capability
- Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of HR technologies and systems
- Manage and support cross-jurisdiction employee relocations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements within BCI
- Collaborate with wider HC teams to deliver integrated, high-impact people solutions
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- CIPD Level 5 (or above)
- Proven experience managing employee relations and case management
- Demonstrated expertise across the full employee lifecycle
- Experience developing and implementing HR policy and programmes

- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
