Apply for this jobWe are excited to be working with a prestigious law firm seeking an HR Administrator to join their small but highly efficient HR team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR administration experience within a dynamic environment while supporting a busy team that runs like clockwork.
As an HR Administrator, you’ll provide proactive and efficient administrative support across all HR-related tasks, underpinning the team’s activities and helping to deliver key initiatives and projects. Working closely with the team, you’ll contribute to achieving the firm’s overall objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively manage all aspects of on-boarding new staff
- Manage the full leaver and change in circumstances processes
- Prepare Excel reports as required by team members and the wider business
- Maintain a range of HR databases so that all record keeping is accurate and up to date
- Manage day to day use of the HR system and troubleshooting and resolving queries from the business
- Assist with the administration and management of student placements
- Act as the first point of contact for general internal queries
- Provide administration support for all training and development initiatives
- Providea full range of support with all employee engagement, wellbeing and social initiatives, both generally and within the team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Good secondary education
- Experience in an office environment, ideally in a professional services firm
- Strong and confident user of a range of IT systems to include Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
